Cancellation Policy
Roots Radicals Salon requires a valid credit card number in order to hold appointments. 50% of service will be charged for same day cancellations, and 100% of service will be charged for no shows. Please understand that when you don't provide ample enough notice, the appointment slot designated for you is left vacant. That means lost revenue for our stylists. Please respect our small business so we can better serve you.
